What is Phobia.
On hearing the name of phobia, we get scared that we don’t know which disease it is. Phobia is not any kind of disease but it is just a simple fear of our mind and brain. It is very easy to overcome this fear. We just have to have deep faith in ourselves and slowly move towards that fear and eliminate it from the root.
This fear is a type of disorder that thrives on excessive fear of any object, place, thing or situation and it is the type of fear that occupies our mind or can say that it dominates our heart and mind completely. Phobias are commonly known as acute onset of fear.
Phobias are diagnosable mental disorders. (“phobia” means fear.) Phobia is a type of human fear which can be of any kind in any human being. There are many types of these, but here we will talk about the symptoms of some types of phobias. This phobia becomes such a fear that it prevents us from working normally and sometimes it can also cause panic attacks.

All these symptoms are of phobia only. The person who shows all these symptoms is suffering from phobia in one way or the other.
Causes Of Phobia
There can be many reasons for phobia. Here we will talk about some reasons which are as follows. Any incident or accident occurring in the environment can also be directly related to phobia. This is the reason that along with genetic factors for phobias, environmental events are also involved.
1- Genetic
The first reason may be genetic. If a person has any kind of phobia or fear, then we can see whether someone in that person’s family had any such fear. If it was there, then it is natural for that fear or phobia to come inside that person as well. This increases the risk of that person also getting phobia.
2- Environment
Another cause of phobia can be the environment. In general, it is seen that the events happening around us also give rise to phobia. For example, if a child sees someone being beaten up, then a feeling of fear arises in his mind and this simple fear gradually takes the form of a phobia. Drowning in deep water can also give rise to phobia.
Some Ways to Overcome Phobias
To overcome the phobia, we should help people so that they can come out of their fear. Some measures or methods we can adopt are the following. For the phobia to work, it is very important for us to be mentally prepared first.
1- First of all identify your fear that why you are afraid of it.
2- After recognizing the fear, prepare yourself mentally to face that fear.
3- Give yourself support and support to fight this fear, because fear is yours, so you have to overcome it.
4- While overcoming fear, do not try to avoid fearful situations.
5- You don’t have to cower in the face of your fear, but instead of avoiding fearful situations altogether, try to face that fear as many times as you can.
6- Practice being near your fear.
7- If you are not able to face your fear, then try to take help of someone and slowly without help you can control your rate.
8- The best and most effective way to overcome phobia forever is to talk about your fear and gradually introduce and face the thing or fear that you are afraid of. You will see that fear will slowly start to end.
9- Keep in mind, do not stop practicing until your fear is completely removed from your mind.
10- Those people who suffer from phobia often deliberately try their best to avoid that thing, place and object, due to which that fear never ends, but it remains as it is, so don’t be afraid of fear, but scare fear.
